Denise Smith is the Operations Manager/Managing Partner of Advanced Medical Services, Inc. and is on the front line of the day to day operations with our staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Normal hours of operation for our Administrative Support Staff are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time. Please call 317-773-7572 for annual service scheduling needs, accounting questions, service or sales quotations and general questions. It is the policy of our company to answer each and every call as quickly as possible, however, in the event you should reach our voice mail please leave your contact information and the reason for your call, we will return your call promptly.
Service Department and Technicians
Our Service Technicians spend the majority of their time helping our customers at their facilities. For troubleshooting related issues with your audiometric equipment or vision screeners please feel free to call our office at 317-773-7572 during normal hours of operations and our Support Staff will be happy to take your information and contact one of our technicians if your issue is beyond their capabilities.
Our Service Technicians do welcome your calls directly, however, since the majority of their time is spent on-site at our customers facilities they may not be able to answer your call. Please contact our Lead Service Technician, leave your contact information, the nature of your issue, and the Manufacturer's make and model of your equipment. Your call will be returned at our earliest convenience, most calls are returned the same day, within 2 - 3 hours.
